Countdown to Christmas!
Are you ready? Seems this season is sneaking up on us. Sometimes I wonder how our customers in the south can gauge the holiday season. I need snow to give me that motivation push. This year, we haven't had it and I wonder if I will have my act together in time. So how is your holiday motivation? We YARNBOMBED the window!
Okay, I have to admit...I have been mesmerized by the yarnbombing craze. It's all over the world and has even hit northern Michigan. There is a group that has been placing really fun "bombs" all around downtown Traverse City. I have posted some photos of their surprises on our facebook page but decided that we should get in on the fun, too. So, here is our winter window. Pompoms, decorated skis, poles and even an old wooden sled are highlighting our merchandise. By the way, you should check out the mittens made from recycled sweaters. They have glove inserts - so they are really comfy and warm.
